Planet Fitness, a fitness brand that’s been around since 1999, is known for providing personalized, customizable workout plans that allow customers to set personal goals and workout time goals for themselves and their loved ones.
Planet fitness videos are designed to be fun, educational and fun to watch, so you can enjoy the experience for free and with no cost.
Planet Fit, the brand’s newest video series, is set to debut in the U.S. in the coming weeks.
The videos feature fitness-focused athletes that train to perform high-intensity aerobic and resistance training in order to build lean muscle mass.
The series is designed to teach people about the benefits of exercise, including weight loss, dieting, stress management and muscle building.
The first video will feature former NFL player Brandon Marshall, who was the first person to successfully complete a 4.3-mile run in his 20s.
Marshall, a running back for the Indianapolis Colts, said in the first Planet Fitness Planet Fitness series that “everybody can get ripped” when they take a little time to get fit.
“If you get fit, you’re gonna have a better chance of surviving on your own,” he said.
Marshall said he had an opportunity to participate in the Planet Fitness fitness series when he was running for the Atlanta Falcons in 2015.
The former Pro Bowler said he has competed in four Planet Fitness events since 2015.
“I’m the only one doing it,” he told Fox News.
“That’s what makes me successful.
People think I’m crazy for doing it.
I’m doing it because it’s my passion.
It’s my life, my passion.”
The Planet Fitness Series premieres in the United States on Monday, September 23, 2017.
The Planet Fit series is available on Apple TV and Google Chromecast devices, with more platforms to be announced in the near future.
