Fitbit, Fitbit Play, Fitbits Fit 2, Fitbuds, Nike, and many others are making fitness videos.
But they don’t always work.
Today, we’ll show you how to create a fitness video that’s both inspiring and fun.
We’ll start by creating a video that highlights a workout that’s easy and fun, but that you’ll be able to easily watch later.
After that, we can add in some audio to get the workout in context.
After that, you can add some basic exercise tracking so you can see how you’re doing on a daily basis.
In this example, I’ll use the Nike FuelBand to measure my daily activity.
After you’ve created a workout video, let’s make it a little bit more interactive.
For that, add some play buttons to the video to tell the user what to do in a specific way.
Let’s say I want to see how well I’m doing in a particular exercise, but I don’t want to do the whole thing.
Instead, I want the user to just see what happens to my heart rate when I start, finish, and then finish the exercise.
I’ll also add a timer to help the user keep track of how long it takes to finish a given exercise.
This will make it easy for people to know what time to start the workout.
We’ll add some text at the top of the video saying that you can pause the workout at any time to look at your progress.
Finally, add a little more music to the mix.
Let the music play, then add some words at the end of the song to tell me how you feel about the song.
I’ll add a short caption at the bottom of the screen so people can follow along.
Here’s what we got:This workout video is simple and easy to make.
You can watch it on your phone or tablet, and you’ll get a basic idea of what’s going on in your body as you go about your workout.
Here are some things you can do with it to get started:The best part is that it’s a fun way to share your fitness goals.
You don’t need to be a fitness expert to make a fitness workout video and share it with friends.
There are plenty of other ways to share videos on social media like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
You could even use the fitness apps you already use to help spread the word about your fitness regimen.
