In 1980, she was a fitness instructor at a gym in Los Angeles.
She would work out in a group setting for 20 minutes, then sit and take breaks during the workout to rest, and after the break, she would come back to class to work out with the next group.
She earned her nickname of “Fit Girl.”
Now known as the “Fit Lady,” she is one of the few fitness industry leaders who has her own brand and brand of products.
Now a fitness trainer, fitness blogger and fitness expert, Fit Lady was born when she became obsessed with the idea of becoming fit.
She is also the creator of the fitness blog, Fit Girl, and has since become a major figure in the fitness industry.
As Fit Lady’s success began to grow, she took it upon herself to put her own spin on it.
The most prominent brand she created was Fit Girl.
She first made the leap into the fitness field when she moved to Los Angeles and began training as a fitness teacher.
Her first few years were spent working out in the city, then at a local gym, then moving to Los Feliz and finally at the famous Hollywood Fitness Center.
In the early years, she wasn’t a huge fan of the gym experience.
She was intimidated by the noise and claustrophobia that was part of the work, and said it wasn’t until she was in her mid-30s that she started taking a little more care of herself.
But her love of the sport began to expand when she met a fellow fitness instructor, who was also a fitness coach.
It was the realization that her body was the ultimate tool for improvement that made her want to make a name for herself in fitness.
“I felt like it was just something that needed to be developed,” she told The New York Times.
“I had this big ego and wanted to show it off, but I couldn’t make it happen.”
It was during her time as a teacher that she first developed a passion for training, which is when she started training with other fitness trainers.
Fit Lady said she loved being able to be the first person to train with a fitness expert.
“There’s nothing like a gym that you’re actually doing it yourself and the only thing you have to worry about is making sure you’re in good shape,” she said.
She says she had a tough time fitting into the gym environment until she started working with others.
“It wasn’t about being a ‘fit girl,’ it was about being able and wanting to do it.
I would just do the best I could with what I had,” she explained.”
When you get that initial exposure, people tend to trust you and you become this person who is someone that people want to work with.”
When Fit Lady left the gym, she found her passion for running and started training regularly with runners.
She then moved on to her current role as a trainer and nutritionist, but it wasn.
She says the biggest difference between her current job and the one she started in the gym was the level of support.
“The trainers were always there and willing to help me out, and I would get to work every day and see results,” she noted.
“Now I’m on a much more personalized coaching team, and the work I do now is tailored to my specific needs.”
The success of Fit Lady has helped her own business grow and helped her become one of fitness industry’s most respected experts.
She has since created her own brands, including Fit Girl Fitness, and a fitness video maker.
As she continues to work in the industry and as she prepares to become a grandmother, she says she is still focused on building up her fitness business and improving her personal health.
“My goal is to do whatever I can to keep my health and fitness, and be a mother to two beautiful little girls,” she wrote in a blog post about her plans.
“Hopefully this will be the start of a new chapter in my life.”
