The video game industry has come a long way since 2010 when it was dominated by men.
But as the men who are making the biggest living from the games industry have made their money off women, it’s time for the games business to change too.
Today, women are making up a majority of the industry’s top earners.
That means we need to think beyond the gender gap and do our best to attract the best talent.
And as we look to 2019, we can start by thinking about women and gaming.
The first steps to change: How do we attract the women who want to work in the industry?
First of all, let’s talk about what games look like.
They can be on phones, tablets, TVs, cars, planes, and in your bedroom.
They look like everything from an iPhone to a Samsung.
Women make up 60% of the US population and in 2016, a whopping 71% of gamers played games.
The next biggest market for games is China.
Women spend more time playing games there than anywhere else in the world.
And while women are more likely to play games on a smartphone than a tablet, they make up only 3% of game players.
But the games that make up a big chunk of the gaming population are mostly made by men and they are the most likely to be made by white men.
The average age of a game developer in China is 38.5, and it’s also the most common age for women to work at a game company.
It’s important to keep in mind that the majority of developers in China are male.
This is not because of any kind of cultural bias.
But it’s because they’re more likely than women to get paid to make games.
There are more games by women in China than anywhere in the US, according to a 2015 study by the Asian Games Development Association.
So when it comes to making games, it seems like we’re a long ways away from a world where all games are made by women.
But how do we recruit the best women to our games teams?
First, we need a clear pipeline.
Women in the games community are working on a lot of games that aren’t available in the marketplace.
And the problem is that there aren’t a lot options for them.
When I spoke with some women who are working at AAA games studios, I was told that the industry is still a gender-dominated environment.
And it’s a very dangerous place to be.
Women don’t get the job offers they might expect, because there’s an assumption that they’re not as talented as their male colleagues.
So if you want to recruit the most talented women in the game industry, you need to make sure you have the resources available to them to help them get the skills and experience they need to get their work done.
If you can’t find them on your own, you should look to women in other fields or outside of the games market.
But what about women in STEM?
Women make up just 7% of those in STEM fields.
The remaining 65% are men, and they’re mostly working in fields like engineering, math, and computer science.
So if you’re looking for the best female engineers and computer scientists in the country, you’re going to need a whole lot more than just an army of women.
