This video has been viewed 2.5 million times on YouTube and has been shared over 12 million times.
The video explains the four types of ‘hard’ guys, and how you can build a toughness that fits you.
You can choose from the four core types: physical toughness, emotional toughness, social toughness and emotional toughness.
Here’s a quick summary of how to develop a toughness you can be proud of:Physical toughness:You can choose a variety of physical activities to get the most out of your body.
For example, doing bodyweight squats, weight lifting, running, swimming and cycling are all good ways to build your physical strength.
But you need not do them all the time.
Instead, you should focus on doing one exercise a week, or three times a week.
You should work out with your therapist or a strength and conditioning coach.
Emotional toughness:It’s a combination of physical and emotional resilience.
It comes from having strong values and beliefs that keep you going.
It’s an attitude that you can live with and can embrace.
It’s also important to focus on self-care.
Make sure you don’t become overly emotional, and you make sure you know what your role is in your relationships and in your community.
Social toughness:Social toughness is an attitude of having strong opinions, which makes you a good listener and person to listen to.
It can be a trait that you need in order to be successful in your career.
Emotionally resilient:It comes from being a strong person who has the capacity to relate to others, be open to people, and be selfless.
Empathic resilience:It is a combination: being able to feel deeply about what is going on in the world and in the lives of others.
This can be through compassion, empathy, or empathy with others.
You need to have these skills to be happy, to be productive and to be able to lead your life in a positive way.
