The app is designed for people who have had a difficult time losing weight and are looking to make changes to their lives.
The developers say Fit simplify helps you achieve your fitness goals by allowing you to create and track your goals.
In a video on the app, founder and CEO of Fit Simplicity Andrew Gannon said the app was designed to be simple to use.
“If you want to lose weight, or if you want a better sleep, or more flexibility, or a better balance between work and play, or want to make your gym more productive, or you just want to start walking, or work out more often, then this is the app for you,” Gannon explained.
He said the application has already gained over 100,000 downloads in the past year.
“For a lot of people, they haven’t heard of fitness,” he said.
“They’re looking for some help, they’re looking to get some results, and they want a simple way to do that.”
Gannon said Fit simplify works on both Android and iOS.
Users can create their own workouts and upload them to Fit simplify.
Gannon says Fit simplify lets users create an activity and share it with others on the Fit simplicity app.
“It’s a little bit like a workout journal,” he explained.
“You’re in the gym, you’re having a workout, and someone’s doing a set of exercises.
So, they’ve got this set of exercise and they’re going to start to work together.”
And the other person, if they’re doing a workout that’s not theirs, they can look at that, and say, ‘I know I can do this.
I can get this done.’
“Gannon told the ABC Fit simplify allows users to create a workout on the fly, or track and track it on Fit simplify and share their progress.”
That allows you to have a very streamlined approach to getting the things that you want,” he told the broadcaster.”
So, it’s a very simple app to use.
“Gillard says Fit simplify has been downloaded more than 100,00 times and has over 200,000 users on the App Store.
