Fitness guru Paz Arok has been giving his followers an easy way to lose weight without going to the gym.
Paz is the creator of the fitness videos that have been downloaded more than two billion times and has over 8 million followers on Instagram.
Arok, who started his fitness empire in the early 1990s, said in an Instagram video posted on Tuesday that the new fitness app was just one of several apps on the market that he had started.
He said that many fitness apps didn’t do enough to help people lose weight, and that many of them didn’t even have a calorie counting feature.
Paz said in the video that he started using the fitness app after hearing about it from a friend and the company had been “overwhelmed” by his followers.
“I had the app on my phone and I could only do 5 calories per workout, so I was like, ‘Why am I doing this?'” he said.
The app includes workouts for strength, flexibility, cardio and a variety of other physical activities, plus video clips and a fitness journal.
In the video, Aroky said the app helps people lose about 1,500 calories a day and that he’s been on the app for about six months.
When people are looking for fitness tips and information, he said, he recommends getting the app, which he said has helped him get on the health and fitness boards at school.
However, Paz said that he wasn’t satisfied with the app because he could only see people with the fitness tracker in their pocket.
I thought this app could be a lifesaver, but it’s a little bit too big, he told ABC News.
My friend is just like, “I want to be able to see my heart rate,” he said in a video posted to Instagram.
“I don’t want to have to worry about that.”
Paz also said he’s worried that some fitness apps could be used for marketing purposes.
But he said he thinks people should look at the apps they use and choose what they want from them.
If people choose to use an app to lose some weight, he’s glad.
But if they want to lose more weight, they have to make that decision for themselves,” he told NBC News.
